Job Description

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a minimum of five years of relevant work experience, with network experience preferred.
• We need an undergraduate degree in a related discipline or an equivalent mix of training and experience.
• Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCDP are preferred.

• We provide advanced network services, including installing, configuring, and integrating new technologies, while running pilots, making recommendations, and ensuring installations meet standards.
• We support network design and troubleshooting for development teams, working closely with developers to deliver dependable, manageable, and secure external connectivity solutions.
• We deliver advanced telecom network support for complex issues escalated from Support Center and Technical Services, including identifying failing components.
• We monitor and maintain network performance, spot issues and trends, improve systems, automate manual tasks where possible, and keep telecom network documentation up to date.
• We carry out network capacity planning by tracking network and capacity metrics and taking action to prevent degradation caused by capacity constraints.
• We train and mentor staff, lead formal training sessions, recommend training vendors, and resolve complex technical problems.
• We follow our Information Technology and Information Security policies and procedures.
• We contribute to special projects and take on other duties as assigned.
