As a Remote Client Support Representative , you'll help clients understand their available options while delivering a professional, service-focused experience.
Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
Serve as a professional point of contact for client questions
Listen to each client's needs and provide clear, personalized guidance
Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options
Help clients understand coverage features and available choices
Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment
Assist existing clients with policy reviews and beneficiary updates
Provide ongoing customer and policy support
Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
Build long-term relationships through trust, professionalism, and consistent service
This position combines customer service, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales , with an emphasis on education and helping families make informed decisions.
Work remotely from anywhere within the United States. Client appointments, training, coaching, and team meetings are conducted virtually.
